Yesterday they enter and filled my company server banned as Twister us all of them in turn save me (sorry for English)

Who banned - and who do u mean with "u all yesterday"?
By the way there was only one ban in the past 5 months from that admin ur talking about and that guy who got banned tried so badly to get hin ban for over one year when he kept ignoring the askings and warnings of admins and players to stop acting like he was. And now he made it after x ban requests from players to admins and after he finally dared to pick on an admin who tried to get him to comply with words and a freese command.
So Im not quite sure if I understand ur problem.
